We hope you're completely in love with your new pieces. But if something isn't quite right, we've made returns simple.
For Returns within the United States
To start a return please click here.
You will enter your name and order number, and if your return meets the below conditions, we will email you return instructions and your pre-paid shipping label.
Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the date your order is fulfilled to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Include original packaging for footwear with no scuffs or visible wear on the soles
Please note:
- A $6.95 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs and any VAT paid will also be deducted
- Refunds are processed once items have passed a quality control check
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit
All items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
International Orders
All international orders outside the United States are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return at this time.
